Accessibility statement for APEX Property Tax Portal

1. Our commitment

Resilionics LLC and the Gadsden County Tax Collector want everyone to be able to use APEX Property Tax Portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

2. The standard we work to

The portal is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes everything in WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard adopted by the Americans with Disabilities Act rule for state and local government web content and mobile apps. We check each release with automated accessibility testing, and people review the portal on a regular schedule.

3. What may still fall short

Some content may not yet meet every criterion. Some parts of the service are provided by others, such as the payment processor's pages. We do not build those pages, but we and the county work with those providers on problems you report, and the county's obligations to you do not change because a page is provided by someone else. We fix problems we find and problems you report.

4. If something does not work for you

Tell the county. You can get the same service or information another way, including by phone, by mail or in person.
