GADSDEN COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR

How Sojo works

1. What this is

Sojo is an automated assistant. Resilionics LLC operates it for the Gadsden County Tax Collector. It is not a person. It is not county staff.

2. What it can help with

Sojo answers questions about how to use APEX Property Tax Portal and about the county's published guidance, such as deadlines, forms and where to find things. It answers from content the county has approved. If that material does not cover your question, it should tell you so and point you to the county.

3. What it cannot do

Sojo cannot file anything, pay anything, submit a notice, or change your account. It is not an official channel: nothing you type to it is a filing, a payment, a notice, an appeal or any other submission to the county. If you need to tell the county something, use the portal's forms or the contact details in section 8.

Sojo does not give legal or tax advice. It can be wrong. Confirm anything that matters with the county before you act on it.

4. What it can see

On public pages, Sojo sees nothing about you or your account.

Sojo does not read your account records, even when you are signed in.

Sojo never sees your card or bank details.

5. How it produces an answer

When you ask a question, these things go to a language model hosted by a cloud provider in the United States: your question, the county-approved content that matches it, the last few turns of your conversation. The model writes a reply from that material. Your conversation is not used to train any model.

6. What we keep and who sees it

Resilionics keeps conversations only as long as it needs them to support the service, subject to legal holds, public records requests and any retention duty that applies.

If you rate an answer, the rating and the conversation go to county staff so they can improve the help content.

Any conversation may be reviewed by county staff or service providers and may be subject to Florida public records law. To request records, contact the county's records custodian at 16 S CALHOUN ST, QUINCY FL 32351.

7. What not to type

Do not enter Social Security or taxpayer identification numbers, bank or card details, or other people's personal information.
